Refund Policy
Return of any items will be accepted if returned in the same condition within 30 days from date of purchase.  You may elect to receive an exchange, credit or refund as long as you notify us of your choice either by phone, email or fax.  Please note that shipping and handling charges will only be refunded in cases when mechandise was damaged during shipping or if an error was made in the
shipment of your order.  In all other situations, no refund of shipping and handling charges will be made and you will be responsible for postage required to return merchandise to us.

Order online, by phone, fax or by mail.  To order by phone simply call Customer Service

Mail and fax orders must be prepaid by either check, money order or credit card.

Credit card payments only will be accepted for orders placed by phone.

Payment Methods
We accept checks, money orders, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.  If paying by check we reserve the right to hold your order until check clearance is guaranteed.  Any checks returnded to us for any reason by your bank will be subject to a $25.00 return check fee.

Shipping and Handling
Your merchandise will be shipped to you by either USPS or UPS.  All orders being shipped to a P.O. Box or APO address will be shipped by USPS only.  For any international orders please contact us by email for shipping and handling charges as well as shipping methods.
